The goal of the Families in Transition program is to strengthen individual and family resilience in order to keep children and families together, keep children safe, protect them from involvement in risky behaviors, and break the destructive cycle of child abuse and family violence. Services are provided to children, teens and parents.
Services provided through the Families in Transition, or FIT Program, include:
- Individual, Family and Couples (Co-Parenting) Counseling
- Parenting Classes
- Anger Management Classes
- Fatherhood Classes
- Therapeutic Supervised Visitation
- Supervised Visitation
- Parent Support Groups
- Information and Referral
